Week of December 6, 2012
Here is the weekly report from Parmer County Sheriff Randy Geries.
On Nov. 26, Jeanette Contreras, 38, of San Angelo, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of motion to revoke (theft by check), Her probation was revoked and she was given 60 days in jail and to pay fine and court costs.
On Dec. 1, Jordan Shivers, 22, of Clovis, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of violation of community supervision (burglary of a habitation), pending in district court.
On Dec. 1, Nicholas Tella, 18, of Clovis, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of criminal mischief between $500 and $1,500, pending in county court.
On Dec. 2, Joshua Guerra, 26, of Friona, was arrested by Friona police on charges of failure to ID and possession of marijuana under 2 oz., pending in county court.
On Dec. 2, Juan Hernandez, 26, of Friona, was arrested by Friona police on a charge of DWI, pending in county court.
On Dec. 2, Adan Ortega, 22 of Muleshoe, was arrested by Bovina police on a charge of DWI, pending in county court.
On Dec. 2, Marcos Ordonez,, 42 of Friona, was arrested by Friona police on a charge of DWI, pending in county court.
On Nov. 29, Amanda Enriquez 26, of Amarillo, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a motion to revoke (driving with an invalid license), pending in county court.

On Nov. 20., Artemio Garcia, 37, of Friona, was arrested by Friona police on a charge of driving with invalid license with previous, pending in county court.
On Nov. 20, Elva Larrea, 58, of Bovina, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a motion to revoke (theft of property), pending in county court.
On Nov.21, Mark Lonargia, 31, of Earth, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a motion to revoke (driving with an invalid license with previous), pending in county court.
On Nov. 26, Encarnacion Perez 26, of Friona, was arrested by Friona police on a charge of assault pending in county court.
In 287th District Court with Judge Gordon Green presiding, on Nov. 15, Jose Cruz Moreno-Rivas, 29, of El Paso, charged with money laundering, was sentenced to 4 years Texas Department of Criminal Justice with $299 court costs.

Week of November 22, 2012
On Nov. 13, Ryder Ledbetter, 18, of Farwell, was arrested by Farwell police on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, pending in District Court.
On November 14, Jorge Mendiola, 23, of Friona was arrested by the sheriff’s office on two motions to revoke (driving with an invalid license and resisting arrest), pending in county court.
On Nov. 15, Cesar Prieto, 25, of Friona, was arrested by Friona police on a charge of resisting arrest, pending in county court.
On Nov. 15, Brett Mathney, 25, of Alamogordo, N.M., was arrested by Bovina police on a charge of terroristic threat, pending in county court.
On Nov. 17, Santos Rando, 44, of Friona, was arrested by Farwell police on a Castro County warrant (charge of theft). He posted bond and was released.

On Oct. 29, Luis Navarro, 28, of Clovis was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a motion to revoke (possession of marijuana under 2oz), pending in county court.
On Oct. 29, Jena Bender, 23, of Clovis, was arrested by sheriff’s office on a motion to revoke (possession of marijuana under 2 oz.), pending in county court.
On Oct. 30, Ismael Gutierrez, 32, of Muleshoe, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on an Andrews County Warrant, and is pending transport.
On Oct. 30 , Valentina Gonzalez, 42, of Friona, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on Randall County warrant. She posted bod and was released.
On Oct. 31, Melissa M`McCollum, 29, of Dallas, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a motion to revoke aggravated robbery, pending in district court.
On Oct. 31. Brandon Robledo, 23, of Friona, was arrested by Friona police on a charge of driving with an invalid license- with previous, pending in county court..
On Nov. 4, Andres Herrera. 21, of Friona, was arrested by Texas Highway Patrol on charges of DWI and purchasing – furnishing alcohol to a minor, pending in county court..

Week of Nov. 1:
On Oct. 23, Andrea Martinez 49 of Colorado Springs, Colo, was arrested by Farwell police on charge of possession of marijuana under 2 oz, pending in County Court and possession of a controlled substance between 4 and 7 grams , pending before the grand jury.

On Oct. 23, Daumenique Carranza, 17, of Friona was arrested by Friona Police on a charge of possession of marijuana under 2oz. pending in county court.

On Oct 23, Pedro Cruz, 18 of Friona, was arrested by Friona police on a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 oz.

On Oct. 28,, Jacob Gonazales 22 of Friona was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a Randall County warrant motion to revoke – possession of a controlled substance.

On Oct 18th, in 287th District Court with Judge Gordon Greene presiding:

- Ernesto Ramos, 28, of Friona, charged with burglary of a habitation, was sentenced to 5 years Department of Criminal Justice, $433 court costs, $1000 fine and $924.13 restitution.

- Joe Sanchez 47, of Farwell, charged with DWI 3rd or more , was sentenced to 7 years TDCJ, $593 court costs and $1000 fine.

 

Week of October 26:,
On Oct. 16 Ramon Villarreal jr. 30 of Friona was arrested by Friona police on a motion to revoke assault, pending in county court.

On Oct. 17 Eri Magby, 27, of Farwell, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of DWI pending in county court.

On Oct. 17, Garrett Viss, 56 of was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of public intoxication. Pendinin JP Court.

On Oct. 16, Lucario Balboa, 20, of Farwell, was arrested on charges of motion to revoke possession of a controlled substance and violation of  community supervision (injury to a child, pending in district court.

On Oct. 18, Arlene Keighley 32, of Muleshoe, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of violation of community supervision possession of a controlled substance), pending district court.

In 287th District Court on Oct. 2, with Judge Gordon Greene presiding;

- Juan Hernandez-Juarez, 35, of Friona charged with sexual assault was sentenced to 10 years Texas Department Criminal Justice, $549 court costs, $1,000 fine and $499.60 restitution.

- Louis Tenorio, 47, of Clovis, charged with burglary of a habitation, was sentenced to 8 years TDJC, $299 court costs, $1,000 in fines and $13,130 restitution.

On Oct. 16, Heber Cardoza, 20, of Farwell, charged with indecency with a child, was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication, $574 Court Costs, $2500 fine and $500 attorney fee.

On Oct. 17, Carlos Hernandez, jr. 24, of Lazbuddie, charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 10 years TDJC, probated 10 years; $418 court costs, $2,000 fine, $500 attorney restitution.

Week of October 10th:
On Oct. 10, Alex Espinoza, 26, of Bovina, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of burglary, pending in district court.

On Oct. 10, Luis Polanco, 40, of Friona, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of assault, pending in county court.

On Oct. 14, Diego Villa-Pena, 22, of Farwell, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of DWI, pending in county court.

Week of October 3rd:
On Oct. 3 Barry Lindley, 54, of Clovis, was arrested by Texas Highway Patrol on a charge of possession of marijuana under 2oz. pending in county court.

On October 6th, Jose Aguirre, 51 of Friona, was arrested by Friona police on charges of failure to ID and fugitive from justice. He is pending transport.

On Oct. 6, Juan Carranza, 29, of Friona, was arrested by Friona police on charges of no drivers license and failure to appear, pending in county court.

On Oct. 7, Jose Martinez, 39, of Friona, was arrested by Friona police on a charge of DWI with child under 15 years old, pending before the grand jury.

On Oct. 7, Javier Melendez, 25, of Friona, was arrested by Texas Highway patrol on a charge of DWI, pending in county court.

On Oct. 7, Arnulfo Sotelo, 77, of Clovis, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of DWI, pending in county court.

Week of September 24th:
On Sept. 28, Santos Lopez, 53, of Muleshoe, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of tampering with a government record, pending before the grand jury.

On Sept. 30, Juan Meza, 25, of Farwell, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of public intoxication. He was fined $250.

On Sept. 30, Rafael Cabrera, 35, of Muleshoe, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of driving with an invalid license with previous conviction, pending in county court.

On Sept. 26, Arcadio Quintanillo III, 22, of Muleshoe, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of motion to revoke (unlawful carrying a weapon). Probation was revoked and he will serve 120 days in jail.

On Sept. 26th, Erika Martinez, 22, of Muleshoe, was arrested by Bovina police on a charge of possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams, pending before the grand jury.

On Sept. 27, Davi Grayson, 53, of Amarillo, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on motion to revoke assault, pending in county court.

On Sept. 24, Jeremiah Sanchez, 26, of Albuquerque, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a motion to revoke (theft), pending in district court.

On Sept. 24, Leopoldo Gutierrez, 69, of Bovina, was arrested by Bovina police on a charge of displaying fictionalize motor vehicle registration, pending in county court.

On Sept. 26, JoAnn Oltivero, 33, of Dimmitt, was arrested by the sheriff’s office on a charge of theft of property between $20 and $500 by check, She was fined, paid court costs, restitution and 12 months probation.
